Pricing Information for 

Wedding Consulting

"Just A Little Help" Package:

• Unlimited email.
• Unlimited etiquette advice.
• Assistance with design and themes.
• Assitance with budget.
• (3) - 1 hour meetings before your wedding.
• Reviewing of all vendor contracts.
• Assistance in putting together an itinerary.
• $799

"Right-Hand Man" Package:

• Everything in the above package.
• + (3) 1 hour vendor meetings.
• + (2) 2 shopping excursions.
• +Assistance with Save the Dates
• +Assistance with Invitations.
• +Assistance with wedding gifts.
• +Assistance with Wedding Registry.
• +Assistance with wedding favors.
• +Prepare seating chart.
• +DOC Coordination - ceremony only (up to 2 hours) 
• $1,199

"Take the Reins" Package:

• Everything in the above packages.
• + unlimited phone calls.
• + (2) more 1 hour vendor meetings.
• + (2) more shopping excursions.
• Rehearsal Dinner Coordination
• Day of Coordination (up to 6 hours)
• $1,999

*All packages include a no-cost consultation.

Hourly/Retainer

• Our hourly rate is currently $45 - (you will be billed for travel time).
• Hourly Retainers also include an initial consultation where we will agree on a Retainer amount (starting at $100 - 2.5 hours).
• Detailed bills can be provided weekly or monthly.

*If it is determined that more than one planner/consultant is needed, each additional planner/consultant will bill at a rate of $25 per hour.

 -Rehearsal Dinners are billed on a Retainer Basis + travel time.

Day-Of Coordinating (DOC)

Pricing

Basic $225+

3-4 Hours

• Set up the event to the very last detail (favors, cake table, centerpieces, etc.)
• Instructing and supervising vendors
• Ensure that the itinerary is followed
• Organize family members for the photo sessions
• Assisting guests with problems and questions. 
• Seeing to any last minute prep
• Picking up all items that are not delivered, such as cake, favors and programs
• Managing any day of unexpected occurrences
• Making sure all keepsakes and gifts are packed after the event
• Rescuing the event from rowdy guests and children

Intermediate $315+

5-6 Hours

Everything mentioned above in the prior package-

+plus traveling outside the event (ie. food for the band, vendors)

+cake cutting

+assisting in clean up.

Expert $415+

7-8 Hours
